The DF-600 provides an affordable solution for high bandwidth and/or high voltage probing needs. With a flip of a switch, the DF-600 can switch from single ended active FET probe to a high voltage differential probe. USB power solution ensures easy operation with most oscilloscopes in the market.
At its core, the DF-600 implements two high input impedance and low input capacitance FET amps. The 1/10 and 1/200 selectable attenuation stages allows the FET amps to operate up to ±620V in differential mode. A third low offset OpAmp ensures minimal long term drift stability.
Being USB powered (5V ±2%) the DF-600 is not very demanding with it's power requirement. Any oscilloscope with a BNC connection can interface with the DF600.
A wide assortment of connectors, wires and clips come with the DF-600 for different connection scenarios and situations. Also a 50 Ω pass through BNC connector is provided for high impendance oscilloscope inputs, as well as a USB power input cable.
